Dr Rajendra Nagarkatti is a very experienced Gynaecologist. Very calm and patient while explaining and answering questions. The hospital staff is totally opposite. No proper appointment system. You will end up waiting for 2-3 hrs even if you have a prior appointment so plan your visit accordingly. OPD waiting area inside is nice and equipped with AC. Outside waiting area is full of misquotes. Hospital rooms and washrooms are clean and hygienic.

This hospital is near bhayander khadi (jesal park). Two stars just for doctor Nagarkatti and his wife. My bhabhi was admitted here for her delivery. The nurses were least bothered. I think they get paid for their job but they are not doing it well. A catheter was inserted inside her and the nurse just pulled it rather than removing it softly. They should look after a patient. Worse hospital service ever. Not recommending at all. Also the room where the patient

I'm extremely disappointed with the care I received in this hospital during my delivery. The hospital's approach to pain management was unacceptable, and I was subjected to an episiotomy without adequate anesthesia. The pain was excruciating, socha isse acha to jaan chali jaye..half an hour , unbearable pain, while episiotomy i feel every bit of it..jaise koi silahi ho rai h hath se..main reason for depression after delivery.. & after that I can't seat for 1 mont

So, we approached this hospital as it's closest to our residence, and the doctor is good. But it's been the 3rd visit, and my experience is that the staff is very unorganised. They never take your call. The star of the show is the guy at reception, hearing him, you will absolutely believe that u should not have got married. So if you have great patience and ready to spend more than 2 hours whenever you visit, then welcome to the club.

Very bad Experience with Reception I call 6th time No One Call Pick up or reply When I Visit Hospital Reception Totally Ignore Customers. No one cares about your Customers
