I was disappointed with the behavior of the receptionist Ms. Shaheen. She seemed uninterested in assisting patients and did not provide clear information regarding appointments and procedures. A more patient-friendly and professional approach would greatly improve the experience.

Pathetic hospital and useless staff with irresponsible doctor's. Sthrongly not recommended at all. Unnecessary charges and useless treatment all nonsense. My dad was hospitalized for 6-days these useless fellows keep on asking them to change room they don't even have courtesy towards patient, for an normal treatment they looted us 1-lac!! The charges claimed were literally shocking against the services, identified multiple charges those were billed wrongly and ide

Dont have option for 0 star will give that.. Very poor experience with this hospital staff did not provide proper patient follow-up and we had to ask repeatedly for updates doctors were not visiting on time which caused unnecessary delays Also the final discharge bill included very high and incorrect charges that were noticed only during discharge

I had a very good experience at Sai Hospital, Chembur. The doctors here are highly knowledgeable, patient, and give the right guidance without rushing. The nursing staff is caring, attentive, and always available whenever needed.What I liked most is the personal attention given to patients – it doesn’t feel commercialized, but more like genuine care. The admission and discharge process was also smooth and well-coordinated. Overall, I would highly recommend Sai H
