I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had while calling Dalvi Hospital to inquire about a vertigo specialist and an orthopedic doctor. During the call, I was asking for basic details related to the doctors and consultation. Instead of responding patiently, the lady attending the call became irritated and spoke in a rude manner, saying “ek hi cheez baar-baar poochh rahe ho”, and then abruptly disconnected the call. Quality of Care: Staff were professional and attentive, ensuring a good experience. Facilities: Clean and well-maintained, with up-to-date equipment. Staff Attitude: Friendly and respectful Communication: Clear explanations of treatment and next steps. Overall a excellent treatment and service was given. Horrible is not the word... Dr and staff are very rude, nurses dominates the RMO and doesn't allow patients to talk to RMO.. doctors too are not cooperative... They're just interested in making the money... I had low BP for which they made me stay for 3 days in the hospital of which 1st 24 hrs I was kept under observation to confirm I am not suffering from Corona and till then my treatment wasn't even started. My mother was admitted to the ICU first the Doctors and Nurses there took her care in the best manner possible as a result of which she recovered in time and was shifted to General ward. There also she was taken good care of. All in all overall a good experience and service.

Not recommended at all the hospital is horrible and staff as well not at all cooperative I lost my father in 2 days of time treatments are very poor pls don't ever go to this hospital extremely bad services
