She explained everything properly and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. The hospital staff was also very supportive, polite, and caring. My baby was admitted to the NICU on 21 Oct 2025, and during this period, I experienced several serious issues that caused distress and concern for the wellbeing of my child. Firstly, the attending doctor often arrived late for rounds and consultations, causing unnecessary delays in treatment and decision-making. This not only
