We had a very good experience at the hospital. From the beginning, Dr. Vikram Shetty guided us very well and gave us a lot of confidence and motivation. He explained everything clearly and gave us confidence that my mother would recover well and walk normally after the surgery, which really helped us stay positive. I had a really disappointing experience at this hospital. The doctor doesn’t even seem to know how to properly do wound dressings. The dressing they applied was too small and started getting loose within an hour — this is the second time it has happened and that really irritates and because of it the wound is not healing. I expected better care and basic medical attention, but the quality of treatment is far below acceptable. I sincerely hope the hospital takes t

Respect sir/madam.. We had very bad experience in yesterday.. Patient name -Abraham OPD number-25058241 we came to show my father in OPD basis (caridioly,urology, pulmonary)...he was the regular OPD patient...as per the the urology side went to take ultrasonography abdomen and scrotum..we reached in sonography section at 12.45pm..till 4 o clock nobody attended my father scanning...many times I asked the sister why this delay???,sister side is very poor response ..f

I had come to hospital for removal of stunt @ 8 o clock I had filed my appointment but not receive my file till 12 o'clock when I got my file it they had give me the old file which did not contain my present illness record . I had to ask for my new file then @ 12 :30 pm it was found By the time I got my file the doctor had gone for OT . Due to which I had to wait till 3:30 pm for the doctor to arrive after that all my admission processes went smoothly. All other

One of the best hospital ever i seen in the mangalore time to time check up doctors nurses and the main head surgeon Mr Padma Raj hegde he is the person in the world the way he speaking to patients top of the top i don't have the words to say thank you so much.
