Worst Experience at PAMC I had a frustrating time at PAMC. Almost all the staff were rude and unhelpful. Doctors didn’t listen to patients or their families, they just ignored us, talked over us. Even with an appointment, we had to wait over 3 hours. The consultancy fee was ₹750, but the process felt chaotic. Worst experience. Pugalendi Doctor never listens to the patient and the attender. Upper handed. Wrong diagnosis and prescribing medicines for ailments which the patient doesn't have. Pathetic. Too money minded. Asking to take blood test, xray.. etc and some how they want to extract money from the patient. Hospital is not clean and the nurses are so rude and everywhere they were asking bribes as in government hospital. Total waste.

Treatment: Very Worst. Wrong Diagnosis. The Doctor wont hear anything from attender and will be asking everything form patient. I am sure about the concept. Already the patient is in pain. How come he is able to say remembering everything. He wont allow other to speak, will focus on attending patient but not with treatment. My mom was paining with her back pain. Had treatment for back pain...Dr.pugalanthi pandian took detailed case taking and had a good relief.taking necessary investigation based on patients need.maintaining patients basic need.budget friendly comparing to multi specialities.opd done from basic examinations. Following covid protocols still now.insisting to wear mask.maintaining precautions such that not allowing slippers inside the hospital permises.
