My father was admitted to the ICU, and we had already paid approximately ₹ 3.5 lakh towards his treatment. Despite this, a medically advised tracheostomy procedure was reportedly put on hold due to pending payment. The staff is extremely well-trained and supportive. A special mention to Ms. Khushi Singh for her exceptional coordination throughout the process. Special thanks to the TPA department, especially Mr. Neeraj, for handling the cashless insurance process smoothly and efficiently. His guidance and quick support made everything stress-free.
