Your staff is very much capable of taking care of patients with very polite way. We stayed there for 10 days and not a single complain from our end in terms of anything. The best part is you are very straight forward and never give any false hope. Thank you for all the efforts you put and the best result you produced.

The staff of this hospital is quite supportive. Hygiene was maintained well. Plastic surgery department is very active and perfect for surgery. Processes involved in the mean duration were very smooth.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the emergency services provided on 25th January 2026, when I admitted my niece to the emergency department. We had to wait almost 30 minutes before any doctor attended to her, which was very concerning in an emergency situation. I also want to report the extremely rude and unacceptable behavior of the receptionist (I believe her name was Harnoor/Jashnoor, I’m not fully sure). She spoke to us in a very disrespectful m

I had a terrible experience at this hospital. The communication was poor, and it seems like they're running the place with untrained doctors while putting up the names of reputed doctors on the board. The diagnosis was wrong, and it's really tough to get any help from the staff. The meds didn't work either. When CGHS patients come in, they get admitted to ICU straight away, whether it's necessary or not. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

I have taken my pregnancy treatment from ma’am and that is one of the best decision of my life..ma’am not only listens but understands every problem of the patient and tries to provide best treatment…hospital staff is also very empathetic towards the patient and the family
