2Ashutosh Mishra· 7 months agoThe doctors here are excellent — knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to patients’ needs. However, the experience with some of the staff could be improved. A few members seem to lack politeness, kindness, and empathy when interacting with patients and their families. I believe additional training in communication and patient care would greatly enhance the overall experience. With better staff behavior and empathy, this hospital could truly provide outstanding s

No needless medicine, no needless tests given by the hospital. Hats off to you. THANK YOU and feel the good doctors and hospitals still exist.
2Shadab Alam· 7 months agoWhen we brought the patient to the emergency department in severe pain, instead of providing immediate treatment, we were asked to first go to the pharmacy to purchase medicines. Due to this delay, the patient continued to suffer without any timely relief. The situation at the pharmacy makes it even more stressful. There is very limited staff, which results in long waiting times. Emergency patients and their attendants are not given any priority. When we request qu
1Shailaja Singh· 2 months agoWorst experience ever, Dr. Durga (Radiologist) didn't put ultrasound probe on my abdomen for more than 20secs. She didn't explain anything to me about my report. She didn't let me hear first heartbeat of my precious pregnancy properly. Max hospital is much better in my experience for ultrasound especially Dr. Shipra (fetal medicine doctor), she explained me everything in my last pregnancy ultrasound.
