I had booked a 10:30 AM appointment online, for which I came a bit early as well, but I have now been waiting for more than two hours with no clear idea of when my turn will come. There seems to be no transparent numbering or queue system being followed as people who came after me or at least whose order is unclear appear to be seeing the doctor before me. What is the point o
