Worst management. They admitted my sister to the hospital for a glucose drip, but no one came to check on her. I had to go and remind them, and only then did they start the drip. After that, no one came for almost an hour. When the drip finished, I informed them again, but no one listened. They were busy on their phones or gossiping. The female doctor did not come even once to check the patient; she was only attending OPD patients. I would not recommend this hospit

I am extremely disappointed with the experience at Tender Care Nursing Home under Dr. Farah. The entire process felt highly unprofessional and careless. After the consultation, we were prescribed medicines and asked to get multiple reports done. We were specifically told to send those reports via WhatsApp and were instructed not to call, with the assurance that they would respond to messages. However, despite sending multiple messages, there was absolutely no resp

My baby was born here. I must say Dr. Farah parvez is one of the best gynecologist in Lucknow. I was under her observation for the entire nine months. The staff is also very nice and supportive and hospital is also very clean and nice.
