The hospital provides outcomes, yet it lacks the essence of its mission, "medical excellence with a human touch," as there's a noticeable absence of compassion. Elevators remain inactive to save fuel, leaving pregnant patients waiting endlessly. The last option for a pregnant women is to do the one thing which the doctor advise to avoid i.e to climb stairs and even climbing to the third floor via stairs is considered without concern.
