We consulted Dr. Lakshmi C and Dr. Soumya Narayanan in ophthalmology—they were among the best doctors we’ve visited. They listened to us attentively and referred us to Dr. Aju Ravindran (ENT). All of them were polite, professional, and made the patient feel comfortable, explaining everything clearly and patiently.

My First visit there were no proper space for parking, had to park quite far away from reception. Entrance was crowded, friendly receptionist , radiology & scanning were very good, friendly doctors. Even though Valet parking is available i think it doesn't help as the area is messy and full.

Excellent treatment provided by Doctors who were very friendly. A very pleasant experience facilitated by the staff and nurses who genuinely wanted to make the visit as easy as possible. The equipment used in the hospital are up to the modern standards. Also being a student studying in the same college I would like to point out about the passionate and nurturing nature of the professors who guide us throughout the course. Nice hospital with good facilities... But some staff behavior is very bad. Aircondition in ICU is not working properly and medicines are not available as per doctor's prescription. Insurance help desk staff is not experienced.
