The doctors, nurses, and hospital staff were kind, professional, and very cooperative throughout our stay. The medical care, attention, and support we received were outstanding. I was given an appointment at 9:30 AM, but the patient was not scanned until 2:00 PM — almost a 5-hour delay. This is completely unacceptable. The staff kept saying the doctor was in an emergency or in the operation theatre. If that is the case, why schedule appointments without proper planning? I have been given a appointment for scanning at 7:30am.I was here on time and there is a delay of only 3 hours till from their appointment till now.Still waiting They are very sincere in keeping their appoinmtment time for keeping patients in front of their door for hours.Simply they dont care of others time and are in a mind as if we need,we may come to their hospital for their service. As of my experience ,if anyone value their time ,kindly go for other options
