The entire process was smooth and hassle-free — no long waiting times or unnecessary crowding. I consulted Dr. Sudeesh (Dental) for gap filling my mother dental issue. Dr. Sudeesh is good. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable during my stay.The location is also convenient, with easy access from major roads. Overall, I had a positive experience here.

I took an appointment two months in advance and was told clearly that the hospital would call and confirm the appointment a day before. No one called. When I followed up, I was casually informed that I do not have an appointment at all, likely due to their internal mismanagement. Instead of owning their mistake, the solution given was to “come at 9 AM and wait.” This is unacceptable. An
