Extremely disappointing experience. The admin team is highly irresponsible and completely insensitive toward patients’ health conditions. Their negligence, poor coordination, and careless attitude caused unnecessary stress during a critical time. Sadly, it often feels like some doctors recommend this place only for commission purposes rather than genuine patient care. Not recommended at all if you truly value your health and peace of mind.

Had a great experience with this hospital and Dr. Sandhya Ma'am. I’m very happy to have achieved a successful result under their care. Dr. Sandhya was extremely professional, approachable, and supportive throughout. , especially scanning was very gentle and comfortable. Highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking fertility treatment.

The time management of the reception staff is very poor,they don't even care what pregnancy is and the difficulty I had 2 appointments with the 1 st day I waited for 4 hrs to have a scan. 2 nd appointment I waited for 3 hrs to do another scan, if they don't know how manage the time the management should consider a better team to operate.very poor management. Here no one care about your time.Dr is very good.

I had my scan done here with Dr. Jyothi Manjeri, and she was very professional and explained everything clearly. However, the admin staff were quite rude and unhelpful, which made the overall experience less pleasant. I hope the management improves the behavior of the front desk staff.

A bunch of unprofessional people who gives zero value to people’s Time. booked for 1:30 pm on previous day, next day double checked on 11:30 am they said good to go 1:30 pm can come for scanning. and when we came they 1:15 pm they said oh you need to wait some hours oru 3 peeru koodi kaanikkan und. we already said our home is near by so we cant come and wait there as wife is carrying with twins and she is soo weak and struggling with back pain.
