I was admitted twice in UMA MEDICAL RELATED INSTITUTE PRIVATE LIMITED (UMRI) for Plastic / Reconstructive Surgery on 20th March and 10th April under Dr. R. N Bhattacharya (HOD Dpt of Plastic Surgery of R G Kar) for my right leg accidental Injury. It's been a nice experience, I have gone through. We sincerely thankful to Dr. Nilava Bhaduri and Uma Nursing Home for the successful hysterectomy of my wife. The doctor’s expertise, clear guidance, and compassionate care gave us great confidence throughout the treatment. The surgery and post-operative care were excellent, and the staff were very supportive. Also cost of the entire procesure was reasonable. We highly appreciate the professionalism and dedication shown by the entire team.

This hospital feels like it is built by God. Every person, from the housekeepers to the doctors, is extremely professional and compassionate. What I appreciate the most is their honesty—they never cheat patients out of their hard-earned money. My sincere respect to the hospital management.
