Excellent doctors. Extremely poor on the administration side of things. Discharge is a nightmare. Everyone acts in a high handed rude manner and does not cooperate - repeated follow ups required for patients to be discharged. No one cares that your patient is 80 - unless you go and stand at the computer department, the accounts department etc. nothing moves. The senior ladies at the IPD Reception had the temerity to say that I was "oversmart" and waiting for

Almost Everyone is cordial and cooperative. Every nurse and RMOs reception in ICU are truly good . Normal bed nursing station and staff needs to improve upon their empathy sensitivity and compassion towards patients - need a lot of learning from them euphemistically speaking. Staffs at Normal beds - guys we are paying so that our patients are happy and well in our absence . Nurses in the normal wards need to improve a lot except a very few

Highly satisfied with emergency services rendered so far in the EEDF hospital . My heartfelt gratefulness is conveyed to the doctors and their team . Dr Monirujjaman, Dr Hemant Swarnakar, Dr Poulami Khanra, Dr Arif Halsana and Dr Swagatam and their team deserve spcial mention.The hospital also deserves 5 star ratingin respect of best possible services

Why I gave 3 stars. Me my family members are almost a regular patient of this hospital. We are very much greatful for all the good doctors and a few stuffs. But we don't like any TV shows that you play 24*7. This is a hospital you should stop playing all these Animal Planet shows here. It is very much disturbing. Please show something which will help people to get some good hope and positive vibes. Thank you for understanding.

I had a disappointing experience with Ms. Raka Karmakar. Her behavior at the reception was quite rude and unprofessional. As a receptionist, polite communication and respectful behavior towards patients are very important. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer interaction and service quality.
