The staffs and employees working over there are very unprofessional and casual. I called them on Tuesday to book an appointment for Thursday for my 2 year old daughter and they told me to come at 11.30 a.m. Accordingly I took my daughter on Thursday as per the telephonic conversation at 11.30. after reaching there, I was informed that my name is not there in the OPD list and I was asked to show the call recording as proof that I indeed booked an appointment fo

Good Experience with the hospital. Admission and Discharge process was smooth. Food taste, hygeine and quality was good. Patient was given food 5 times a day. Nurse and Attendants were really supportive. RMO Doctor was available all the time and the nurses kept doctor informed of patient health and diet on a regular basis. Number of delux room are less so almost no chance to get the delux room.

Very disappointing experience at RSV Hospital during my delivery. I expected proper care and respectful behaviour at such an important and emotional time, but sadly the experience was the opposite. The management was extremely poor, and there was a lack of coordination and professionalism. Some staff behaviour felt rude, insensitive, and unhelpful when support and care were most needed. Good Hospital. It has many good doctors of several departments. Hospital area is very neat and clean. Staffs are well behaved. Very small car parking. No place to park patients car or visitors car. Canteen is well maintained. Foods are also healthy and good. Less spicy and good for patients.

All facilities and services at RSV Hospital are satisfactory. However, if you undergo treatment through your insurance policy, you may face inconvenience at the time of discharge. I submitted all the required documents and completed the process, but nobody bothered to take action or provide updates. Due to the negligence and inefficiency of the hospital's billing and discharge staff, patients may have to wait for a prolonged period before the discharge process i
