I recently visited TVR Lab, and unfortunately, the experience lived up to the second half of the name. It was, quite frankly, "bad" from start to finish. Poor Communication: Getting a straight answer or a clear update on my results felt like pulling teeth. The staff seemed disorganized and indifferent to my concerns. MY FIRST TIME I VISTED TO TVR HEALTHCARE CENTRE, WHICH IS LOCATED AT ELLIOT ROAD, KOL-16 ,NEAR GHALIB BAR. I NEED AN URDENT SONOGRAPHY TEST AND WANT FASTER REPORT. HONESTLY, AS PER REQUEST I GOT THE HEARD COPY WITHIN 1 HOUR, FIRST THEY SENT ON WATS APP THE SOFT COPY OF REPORT. I AM VERY HAPPY FOR THEIR FASTER SERVICES. AND THANKS ONCE AGAIN THE TEAMS OF TVR AND ALL STAFF...!!!
