The doctors were knowledgeable and explained every step of the treatment clearly, which helped reduce my anxiety. The staff was supportive and polite, always ready to answer questions. The clinic maintained good hygiene and the overall environment felt comfortable. Appointments were mostly well-managed, though sometimes there was a slight waiting time. The doctor (Dr.Atri Pal Sir) & receptionist staff & nursing staff were extremely caring, supporting and professional throughout the entire process. They made us feel comfortable and safe at every step. We are truly grateful for the excellent care provided to both mother and baby.
