I visited today with my mom for the first time, and honestly, I don’t know much about the treatment yet. However, the overall service experience definitely needs improvement. We had to wait in a long queue. after registering at the kiosk, there was a considerable wait again in front of the reception desk. Had a really great experience at this hospital. The gynecology department and labour room staff were extremely caring, supportive, and kind throughout.
