I had a very bad experience at Lissie Hospital emergency care last week. I went with my husband and brother as I had fever, but there was no proper care or concern for patients. There were no chairs or seating arrangements while waiting, and no beds available. We had a very bad experience at this hospital while my father was admitted. There was a significant delay in providing care, and despite my father repeatedly complaining that he was not feeling well, his concerns were largely ignored. My mother was admitted for diabetic podiatrist surgery last week, I found the nurses here are irresponsible that they even forgot to remove the iv cannulas. While she was admitted her sugar level went down when we informed the nurses but they took sometime to arrive and give medication while the bystander only gave her necessary medications. And even the glucose which they put took a while to inject her.

Lissie Hospital truly stands out in the city. International-level treatment with merciful, compassionate doctors and staff. The cost of treatment is surprisingly affordable compared to other hospitals. Most importantly, they do not suggest unnecessary tests or procedures like many corporate hospitals do. Here, the disease is treated with care and responsibility—without creating a heavy financial burden on the patient. Truly a blessing for ordinary people.

Lisie Hospital is one of the oldest and most reputed hospitals in the Ernakulam area. Visited today with my brother’s son — since it was early in the morning, there wasn’t much crowd, and we were done within an hour. Overall, a good experience.
