Had a very good experience at Vijayalakshmi Medical Centre. All the staff including doctors, nurses, reception team, cleaning staff, insurance department, and security personnel were extremely supportive and caring throughout our stay. I had a very good experience during my pregnancy at this hospital. I consulted Dr.Rajalakshmi(gynaecologist), Dr. Aswathi(pediatrician) here. The doctors, nurses and staff were very caring, suppprtive and professional throughout every visit. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and safe. I was extremely happy with Dr. Vijayalakshmi . The doctors were professional, supportive, and made my overall medical experience very reassuring. However, during the stay, interacting with the nursing staff was quite disappointing — especially the sisters on the 3rd floor. Their behavior felt outdated, unprofessional, and lacking in basic courtesy. At such a sensitive time after delivery, patients expect empathy, warmth, and respectful communication. Unfortunate
