5 stars only for Sailaja Madam — she is very professional and caring. Apart from her, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff are rude and do not show proper concern toward patients. The biggest issue is the payment system. If the hospital accepts online payments, it should be enabled across all departments. Currently, some areas like diagnostics or medical shops accept online transactions, while others do not like they prescribe injections on th

We had an outstanding experience at Shyamala Hospitals during the delivery of my wife. From the very beginning, the care provided by the medical team was exceptional. This hospital is good. Treatment is fine Surroundings are neat & clean, maintenance is also good. This hospital is good for Ladies, especially for pregnants. Rooms are well maintained. Their overall care is good. Infront of hospital there is separate section for bike parking. For cars there is enough space for 4-5 cars . And it's located right at centre of ZP centre which is one of the main junctions of khammam.
