My name is akhil, i visited this hospital on 26/12/2025, for severe back pain,I take a OP for dr gurunadha rao garu, but my OP taken by duty doctor of sai ram and he ask only questions about my problem and written a test for back pain,dr sai ram looks like just normal person his age by looks 56 years old, and bold headed I take my OP file and back to receptionist I told my problem about back pain and also asked the receptionist what's the qualification of dr sa

Treatment of Patient is superb through the Dr.Gurunadam Sir..! But staff(Only womens of OT reception)of this hospital is waste especially she is the not even giving a stool or chair for the patent..she is performing worst behaviour in OT..! Requesting management to focus and aslo being rude with patient

I had a very disappointing experience at Sriram Kidney Infertility & Laparoscopy Centre. The hospital seems to treat patients differently. Patients who pay for OP consultations are given priority, while Arogyasri patients are not treated equally. If we pay for a consultation with the main doctor or specialist, we are allowed to see them. But when we come through the Arogyasri scheme, they send us to other doctors instead. Waste hospital don't waste your time. They were very busy only work for money. Although u pay money need to wait for weeks for surgery.

Waiting waiting waiting.... If you have lot of patience then you come to this Hospital. For OPD you can meet to Doctor only after 2&3 hours. May be Kidney Related patient have more pain that time. Hospital Staff Told them to patient "If you have pain then got pain killer injection" But can't meet doctor.
