The doctor (P.Usha) was very kind, approachable, and explained everything in detail, making me feel like part of the family. The treatment suggestions were thoughtful and tailored to my needs. The nursing staff, or 'sisters', were also very caring, visiting frequently and treating me with warmth and respect, almost like family. The management was considerate of my budget and made sure I received the best car
