Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived at 1:30 PM for an NT scan and ended up waiting for more than 4 hours. Despite having an appointment, there was no proper communication regarding the delay, and patients were left waiting without clear updates. Several people in the waiting area were also expressing frustration about the long waiting times. The queue management appeared disorganized, and it was difficult to understand the order in which patients w

Very disappointed with the patient management. We arrived earlier, but some patients who came later were taken in before us. It appeared that preference was given to known people rather than following a fair queue system. I will be sharing this experience with my doctor and requesting that this scan center not be recommended to future patients. I hope the management improves its service and treats all patients equally.
