I was admitted in general ward 2, bed no. 913. The behaviour of nursing staff was very polite and cooperative. The cleanliness was maintained all the time. Overall experience was good.

I am writing this feedback to draw attention of hospital authorities to provide sufficient Seats for patient and thier attendent as there is so much rush in OPD and even patient don't get seat and when they try to sit on flore staff says its not allowed. and doctors also come late no fix timing so we have to wait many hours. We expect some good administration from these private reputated hospitals.

We had an excellent experience at Regency Hospital. My father recently underwent an angioplasty here, and from admission to recovery, the services were truly commendable. This is completely unacceptable. Do you seriously expect an attendant to sit on a single chair for 2, 3, 5, or even 7 days without proper rest or sleep? Is this the standard of care your hospital believes in? And on top of that, are attendants supposed to sleep on the floor? A hospital floor—where infection risk is already high?
