My patient was admitted in the hospital for normal delivery. The staff was very cooperative and very well behaved. They took care of my wife very nicely and the baby born was also very healthy and taken care of very nicely. I had a very disappointing experience at Sushila General Hospital, Kanpur. I absolutely do not recommend this hospital to anyone. The staff is extremely rude, and Dr. Swati was no exception. They did not explain the reports or the patient’s condition to the family members at all.
