I have been consulting for the last 5 years to ma'am(Dr. Astha). She understands my problem and behaves very politely. But I really I didn't like the staff here at all because they behave very rudely, especially the female staff. They has no guts at all to talk to the patient. They talk about the patient and making fun of them .. is this right behaviour??

The doctor is good, but the staff management is very poor. They allow their known contacts to go directly into the OPD and other areas, while genuine patients are left waiting for a long time. Very bad staff behaviour and overall management. If your patient is a senior citizen or has an emergency, it is highly not recommended.

My experience at Tulip Hospital was very disappointing because of the staff behavior speciality Kr Saurabh and Abhishek and poor management. The staff was not cooperative and overall service quality was not good. However, the doctor was good and professional. Hospital management should seriously improve staff behavior and patient handling.

My experience at this hospital was very bad. I wanted a private room, but since I wasn’t present during admission and my brother was, a semi-private room was mistakenly allotted. In the semi-private and general wards, there is only one bathroom for all patients, which is extremely dirty and unhygienic. The hospital is not maintained at all in terms of cleanliness. I would not recommend anyone to get admitted here.
