Very disappointing experience due to extremely poor management and scheduling. We had booked an appointment in advance, and upon arrival, the staff informed us that only 6 patients were ahead of us, so we expected a reasonable wait time. However, even after waiting for more than 3 hours, the hospital staff still could not give us any clear estimate of when our turn would come.
