You can send this complaint message politely but strongly like this: Sir/Madam, I want to make a complaint regarding the ward service in the hospital. 1. I informed the ward in-charge madam that the fan is not working. It has been 2 days, but still it has not been repaired. 2. We requested one attender chair many times, but the staff said they will not provide an attender chair. 3. The patient has a high fever. When we informed the nurses, they came but did not

Aditi hospital is one of the best maternity hospital I can say and dr nanda is ultimate experience women and very helpful nature so kind hearted women. Hospital is very hygienic, even sister's and staff's are treat very respectfully to each and every patient's and families. I just suggest this hospital and doctor is very best for maternity and charges are too low no any conditions. I thankful to dr nanda madam and staff.

Arogant Staff, No Timing Of Staff , No OPD Number without Patient Totally Worst Rules, If We cannot Book OPD Number Without Patient Better to Go Govt Hospital why Should Came here
