1Sai Ankit· a month agoVery disappointing management at Steel City Hospital, Jamshedpur.Despite charging ₹80 as “OPD Maintenance Charges,” the hospital does not even provide basic comfort to patients and attendants. In this extreme summer heat, when the outside temperature is above 45°C, the ACs were covered and not functioning.Hospitals are meant to care for patients, not just generate money. From every consultation to the delivery day, everything was handled with so much patience, confidence, and compassion. The cleanliness was top-notch, with thorough cleaning done three times a day—definitely a 5-star effort! The nurses were incredibly supportive and friendly, making the stay much more comfortable. 5Sita Sharma· a month agoSteel city hospital is the best hospital. They have taken care of my daughter very nicely and know she is well. Operations also gone in a smooth way. Neat and clean room and washroom. Nurse were talking nicely they are well discipline.
