The doctor did not properly explain my condition or discuss the test results. As a patient, I expect clear communication and professional guidance regarding my health. Secondly, there was an unreasonable delay in providing my test report. I had to visit the clinic three separate times just to collect a single report. This caused significant inconvenience and wasted my

The obstetric team and nursing staff are highly professional, well-coordinated, and patient-focused. Clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and mother–baby care are well maintained. I would confidently recommend this hospital for safe and quality maternity services.
5Wasim akram· 4 months agoI underwent appendicitis surgery at this hospital, the overall process was very comfortable and cooperative, Dr Sarwar Alam is an experienced doctor for laproscopic surgery. He handles his patient very friendly and in a helpful way. Also the staff and nurses were cooperative. People should understand that running a system and that too at a reasonable price as compared to the big hospitals is very challenging. If people need a VIP and special treatment then TMH, BHR

Unfortunately, the consultation was very disappointing. Instead of addressing my concerns, she gave unnecessary advice and lectures that were not relevant to my situation. Her communication style came across as rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable at a very sensitive stage of pregnancy. I expected empathy and pr
