I recently visited Naik Hospital in Jabalpur for an orthopedic consultation regarding shoulder muscle tightness. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. Despite explaining my issue, I was simply told that there was nothing serious and was advised to visit a physiotherapist. I was taking treatment for hormonal imbalance at Nayak Hospital under Dr. Swaraj for two months. Despite regularly taking the prescribed tablets, my pain did not improve. When I tried to discuss my ongoing pain, she spoke to me very rudely and said I was being “negative.” This is not the right way to treat a patient who is genuinely suffering. Poor response by dr and staff also. Waiting time 5-6 hrs daily. We arrived 11.15 am but at time 3.55 pm we are waiting out of opration theatre. But dr not arrived.
