This hospital is absolutely pathetic. No responsible doctor is ever available when you need one. My 14-year-old nephew had stitches on his leg — there was no senior doctor at that time. Later, when we went to remove the stitches, Dr. UTKARSH DWIVEDI handled it. Right after the stitches were removed, my nephew fainted and felt dizzy. When we called the doctor urgently, he just said, “Lay him down, give him some water, he’ll be fine.” Seriously? That’s their treat

This hospital doesn’t even deserve a single star. The management and staff are completely unprofessional and irresponsible. There is no proper coordination, and patients are made to wait for hours without any concern for their health or comfort. Basic hygiene and service standards are not maintained at all. My wife was admitted on 8th February as per the doctor's advice. Her delivery date was coming on 27th February. The doctor forced her to give a normal delivery while the delivery was supposed to be normal. Due to the negligence of this hospital, today my child is admitted in NICU for the last 8 days. If anything happens to my child, the full responsibility for it will be on Sankalp Hospital.

The best Eye Hospital in Indore.
