One nursing staff ( male) for the sake of checking IV .... twisted wrist, leading to huge intense pain...... there was no pain before he checked.... later it was very sever.... after escalating.... other nursing staff helped.... however he visited again and instead of feeing sorry or comforting patient...... he start arguing with other staff and start debating with us....

The staff is not aware of what information to give to the patient; they only need the fee receipt for their records. The person who has come for treatment will also deposit the fee if he gets the correct information.

Trust base hospital, But very slow in terms of process. We avoid government hospital just because of it slow and lengthy process, but at arihant we found that government hospital would be much better than this. People are doing just their job. As a hospital staff or as a nurse or as a doctor, once should be sensitive for the patient, for the attender or family members. High on budget when u compare with facilities. Room is not having sufficient lighting.

Our daughter was admitted under Dr Amit Bang. The hospital is overall very good. The staff is polite. Cleanliness is upto the mark. Nursing staff is also good and responsive. Quality of service is upto the mark. The rooms are spacious. There is ample of parking space in hospital campus. It has less rush as compared to other hospital hence it gives calmness to the patient and his attendant staying here. The hospital has changed quite a lot since my previous visit lon

Nice and clean hospital but staff is careless and laid back and that's the most important point in deciding upon a hospital. They need to improve professionalism in staff.
