I was hospitalized here for five days. The nursing and support staff were attentive and professional overall. However, no facility is flawless, and this hospital has notable shortcomings. 1. The wall-mounted Western toilet commode is installed unusually high, preventing even a 6-foot-tall person from touching the floor while seated—a basic ergonomic oversight. 2.
