Dr. Moon Jain is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. She listens properly and provides good treatment. My concern is not with her, but with the overall hospital management and staff services. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff is very slow and lacks professionalism. Waiting times are unnecessarily long, coordination at the reception is poor, and the behaviour of some staff members is not up to the expected standards. This makes the overall experience quite d

I had a wonderful experience at Pramila IVF Centre. The hospital is very good, and the staff members are extremely kind, helpful, and professional. A special thanks to Dr. Moon Jain, the nursing staff, the cleaning staff, and Chanda Didi, who is very fantastic and always naturally cheerful and welcoming. Dr moon jain mam best gynecologist high knowledge very careful his patients. Best hospital in this area .nursing staff very careful .good behaviour supportive nature of nurses. reception staff good behaviour rhe hospital 24*7 service provide. If you truly don’t care about your parents’ or partner’s life, then go ahead and take them to this hospital. It is easily one of the worst. Even for simple, routine care, they will push patients into the ICU just to extract more money, with little regard for actual need or safety.
