I cannot thank the team at Kingston Hospital enough for their service. Specifically, I was very impressed by Dr. Faisal and Dr. Maheen Fatima. The surgeons are highly skilled and provide good treatment outcomes. However, the nursing staff and hospital management need significant improvement in professionalism, communication, and patient handling. One thing that also felt uncomfortable was being repeatedly asked to leave a review, which honestly makes the reviews seem less genuine. I had a very good experience at this hospital. The doctors here are very kind and professional. Dr. Faisal, Dr. Juveriya, and all the other duty doctors are excellent and take great care of their patients. The nurses and the aaya aunty are also very helpful, friendly, and supportive. Everyone here treats patients with kindness and ensures that they are comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate the dedication and care given by the entire hospital staff.
