My experience at this hospital was deeply disappointing. Communication from management was poor, concerns were not addressed, and there was very little regard for the difficulties faced by patients and their families. Decisions seemed to be made without transparency, causing unnecessary stress. Professionalism and empathy — which should be fundamental in healthcare — were clearly lacking. Requests for help were met with indifference. I would not recommend

I visited Srujana Hospital today for an emergency. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience. Despite it being an emergency, there was a significant delay in attending to the patient. The response from the emergency staff was slow, and there was no proper urgency shown. We had to repeatedly request assistance, but there was no clear communication about the situation or expected waiting time. The staff behavior was not supportive or

Srujana Hospital provides excellent treatment with caring and attentive doctors. The staff is very supportive, professional, and always ready to help.
