Before visiting the hospital, I called customer care to book an appointment. I was clearly informed that no appointment was required and that I could walk in directly for the consultation. Based on this information, my mother and I traveled nearly 1 hour and 50 minutes to reach the hospital. However, upon arriving at the reception, we were informed that consultations w
