I am extremely dissatisfied with the way the billing process was handled by the insurance team. There was absolutely no prior intimation provided to the patient regarding the billing charges, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Moreover, the behavior of the insurance staff was extremely rude and disrespectful.
