We recently visited the hospital for a full body check-up and were quite disappointed with the overall experience due to the excessive waiting time and lack of coordination. Although we arrived at 8:30 AM, we were unable to complete all the required tests (ultrasound, X-ray, and blood tests) until 12:30 PM. Even at the reception, there was only one staff member available, and the waiting time exceeded 30 minutes. The biggest delay was at the ultrasound department.
