I am dissatisfied with the service provided by this hospital. The focus seemed to be more on generating revenue than on patient health and care. The staff showed limited concern for the patient's condition, and the overall experience lacked compassion and professionalism. I hope the hospital reviews its practices and places greater emphasis on patient well-being.

I had a very disappointing experience with the management here. The waiting time is extremely long—we had to wait for hours just for a consultation. The environment is also uncomfortable, as the music is played too loudly, making it difficult to communicate properly. Most of the doctors did not seem confident or positive. I'm very happy with Genesis kotapet center.. I undergone ivf treatment and conceived in first attempt... all doctors, nurses and working staff in kotapet center are very warmth welcome, responsible towards the patients... they clearly explain the process, procedures, timings for each patient...
