A doctor should be friendly and reassuring, but my experience was the opposite. She scared the patient by focusing on negative outcomes even for very small issues. Her behavior felt sarcastic rather than supportive, which made the visit uncomfortable and stressful.I would not recommend her to patients who need calm and empathetic care.
