Very disappointing experience. The receptionist asked us to come at 6:00 PM for my wife’s injection, despite apparently knowing that the hospital closes at 6:00 PM. We recently moved from Bangalore and were carrying a valid prescription from her doctor in Bangalore. When we arrived exactly at the time given to us, the hospital was closed. We explained the situation to a staff member outside, who assured us that someone would come, but even after waiting for sometime

She was truly amazing to talk to—very patient, understanding, and quick to identify the cause of my pain. she suggested some treatment, which was carried out promptly and efficiently.
