Hubli KIMS, Vidya Nagar – MCH Building, Basement, 506 Ward I was admitted on 04/02/2026 in the evening for a Bartholin cyst. Use less lab sample collection team. For blood sample fee payment we need stand one hour line . And same we need to stand 2 hour for sample collection window. In day time time 5 billing and 4 sample collection point open. And Nigh only one collection and one billing point open. What a great management. And one person going for dinner need wait Entire KMC patients at sample collection and billing point. Dear KMC management we are paying for samples. And you also. D

You never feel that it is a hospital providing services to patients. Instead, it feels as if they are doing us a favor for free and we have to listen to everything the staff says. The problem starts with the cleaning department, whose behavior is very rude. Even when an operation is being conducted for our patient, the attendants are sent outside in the name of cleaning. Good treatment but maintenance is poor, not at all clean, might be because of lots of patients and also cleaning staff might not working well. Cleanness should be priority because patients comes from different parts of the state so most of them are villagers, sometimes they don't know how to keep clean but educated people should tell them properly and should try to maintain cleanness. Because as a citizen it's our duty to protect hospital.
