I had admitted my mother in law Mrs. Rina Dey in a very serious condition under Dr. Sabyasachi Chatterjee on Thursday Morning (16.01.2026) at Arogya Niketan Hospital. I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The overall service was extremely poor, and the behavior of the staff was not at all professional or helpful. Everyone seemed to have a rude and careless attitude, which made the situation even worse. Despite charging a high amount of money, the quality of service provided was far below expectations. My dad was admitted on 4th Jan'26 due to some age related ailments. The staff there were very co-operative. The food was good. The cabin (C1) was neat and clean. It was a satisfactory experience for us and i would recommend to my friends and family going forward

I had a very good experience at Arogya Niketan Hospital. The doctors are knowledgeable and the staff are very helpful and polite. The hospital is clean and well maintained. The treatment and care provided to patients are excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good medical care.

We were lucky that we chose Aragyo Niketan for my husband's age related ailments... The overall experience of 5 days was satisfactory... From admitting to PICU and the getting shifted to a cabin (C1), the transition was seamless... Will definitely recommend to friend and family in and around Hooghly
